She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Scott and Alene Carver Scott; her husband John Hines; her daughters, Barbara Lawson and Susan Lawson Gurganus (Tim); her stepchildren, Jeff Hines, Teresa Hines Gardo (Brent) and Greg Hines (Karen); and her granddaughter Chloe Gurganus.
