She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel York Alexander and Lola Mary Upton Alexander; and her siblings, Dan Leary Alexander, Doris Alexander Bumgardner, Joyce Alexander Krcha and Maxine Alexander.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Juanita's memory, honoring her life of service and compassion.
