He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Julious Padgett, Sr. and Doris Meshell Padgett; and his sister Arcell Garcie. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Padgett; his children, Jeff (Karen Padgett), Allen Mack (Linda Padgett), James (Shane Padgett), Charles (Christine Padgett), Wesley (Gwenn Padgett) and Kimberly Carter; his brother Robert Padgett; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Padgett, Helen, Jerry Harris and Aline Curry. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The Padgett family requests in lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Allen be sent to Life Church, 501 Cramer Mountain Road, Cramerton, NC 28032.
