He is survived by: his sons, Michael Phillips (Jennifer) and Tony Phillips (Sherri); his grandchildren, Amy Smith (Dustin), Ashlee Phillips, Katie Britton (Justin), Kayla Flowers (Payton), Grayson Phillips (Madi) and Emily Phillips; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Karson, Nathan, Peyton, Colby, Morgan, Colton, Alexis, Cooper and Millie; and his daughter-in-law Dawn Phillips. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
