He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Gail Costner; his sister Tasha Shay Costner; his grandparents, Callie Dailey Simonds and Clyde Simonds; his uncle Jerry Lynn Simonds; and his aunt Shelia Ann Simonds.
He is survived by: his father Clayton Curtis Austin; his daughters, Sophia Marie Hughes and Daisy Mae Costner; his brothers, Tony Lynn Simonds (Tina) and Casey Michael Austin; his stepbrother Scott Curtis (Stacy); and his sisters, Hillary R. Clayton (Barry) and Jessica Elon Dare Austin. He is also survived by 12 nephews; 5 nieces; 1 great nephew; and 1 great niece.
