He is survived by: his daughter Evangelist Gwendolyn Evette Isaac (Ulysses); his grandchildren, Ulysses Isaac, Jr., Delonte Isaac and Janet Roberson; his daughter Angela Denise Payne (Carl); his grandson James Allen; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Allen and Markus Allen; his daughters, Kyeana Oliver and Alicia Lashawn Allen; his grandchild Jala McCree; his daughter Loretta Barnes; his siblings, Emma Jean Claud and George Allen (Mary Ann); his sister-in-law Lessie Brown; and his close friends, Vernon Bryant and Atty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
