Mincey; her daughters, Jennifer Stepp (Kevin), Kristy Welch (Sam) and Beth Mincey (Tony Robinson); her sister Judy Wayne (Larry); her grandchildren, Lauren Stepp Parker (Ethan), Patrick Stepp, Blair Stepp, Joseph Stepp, Julia Stepp, Katie Welch, Madison Welch, Kelsey Cagle and Kendall Cagle; and her great grandchildren, Ariana Parker and Roen Parker. She is also survived by her children and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
