He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Bernice Page and Ruth Page Armstrong; and his brother William Page. He is survived by: his wife Gearl Dean Russell Page; his children, Forrest Page, Martha Page and Daniel Page (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Catherine Sebastian (Tommy), Emily Page, Thomas Pardue (Danielle), William Page (Cara), Austin Page and Daniel Page; his great grandchildren, Jack, Cora Pardue of Hickory, Ada, Elly Sebastian of Bolton, MA, Henry and Declan Page of Charlotte; his sister Alice Thompson of Gastonia; and also Sandra Page.
