He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Plemmons Bonham; his sons, Jerry Bonham and Christopher Bonham (Susan); his siblings, Floyd Bonham and Carolyn Payne; his grandchildren, Chris, Jeremy, Jonathan and Alexander Bonham; and his great grandchild Caleb Bonham.
