He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas R. Allen, Sr. and Hazel Moss Allen. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Sledge Allen; and his children, Dallas R. Allen, III, Kenneth S. Allen, Charles K. Allen and Elizabeth A. Stone. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
