She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Topping III; her sister Brenda McElwee; her children, Vicky Lease (Randy) of Haymarket, VA and Victor Garner Jr. (VC) of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren, Courtney Hunsucker, Heather Johnson, Justin Lease and Kaitlyn Lease; her great grandchildren, Declan and Hadleigh; her great-nieces, Debbie Lassiter, Sue Barnes and Linda Garner; and her great-nephew Victor. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
