It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Barrett of Garysburg, North Carolina, born in Halifax, North Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claude Meadows and Frances Meadows; her husband Billy Barrett; her children, Brent Hill (Shannon) and Jessica Howard (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Colt Manning, Landen Hill and Kyle Howard; and her siblings, Lee Meadows (Tina), Gary Meadows (Donna) and Margaret Vaughan (Bernie).
