It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Horace McKinney (Garner, North Carolina), born in High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Lucy Duggins McKinney; his sisters, Tamarah McKinney and Hazel McKinney Marsh; and his son-in-law Norman Wayne Veach.

He is survived by: his daughters, Saundra Veach and Janice Draper. He is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Hospice of the Piedmont.
