Tokiko Inoue Waters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tokiko Inoue Waters in Garner, North Carolina, who passed away on October 22, 2020 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, William and Mary Waters; and her brother Tomio. She is survived by: her husband Jackie Edward Waters; her children, Christina (Mike) of Garner and Brian (Sayumi) of Onojo; her sister-in-law Carolyn (Pat) of Raleigh; her niece Kimberly (Dedrick) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Lincoln, Jamison Sawyer, Seiji and Mei Waters; and her siblings, Tetsuo, Junko, Kaname and Kiyoko.
COVID-19 restrictions require that masks be worn at all times in the chapel.
