We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2019, at the age of 66, Susan Balducci Higginbotham (Garner, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis James Balducci and Rose Balducci. She is survived by: her husband John Scott Higginbotham of Garner, NC; her daughter Keri Marie Oister (William Edwin Oister, Jr.) of Garner, NC; her brother John Michael Balducci (Barbara Balducci) of Big Canoe, GA; and her grandchildren, Tanner James Oister and Olivia Rose Oister of Garner, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be sent to Susan's daughter Keri Oister to help with burial costs.
