He is survived by: his father Jasper Batts; his wife Dale Hendricks Batts; his daughter Cameron Elizabeth Batts Cooper (Benjamin Cooper); his grandchildren, Leighton Cooper, Lucas Cooper and Laine Gray Cooper; his niece Ashley Emery; and his great-nephew Noah Emery.
