He is survived by: his wife Barbara Adlin Barat; his sons, Stephan, Jr., Michael and Jeffrey Barat; his brother Frank Barat; and his grandchildren, Stephan, III, Justin, Caitlin, Matthew, Luke, Sara and Olivia. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
