She is survived by: her children, Kathy Danielle Payne and James A. Payne, Jr.; her granddaughters, Simone Payne and Symaya Nicole Payne; her great grandchildren, Khloe Danielle Payne and Kayce Danielle Payne; her siblings, Vangeleane Bridges, Willie Mae Roberson, Maggie Estell Moore, Herbert Albert Roberson (Ella), Wilbert Lee Roberson (Linda), Barbara Ann Denning, Henry Roberson (Ann), Patricia Ann Hunter, Donald Roberson and Ronald Roberson (Stephanie); and her close friend Myrtle Holloway. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
