Sandra Waters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Waters (Garner, North Carolina), who passed away on January 5, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Malpass and Louise Davis Malpass. She is survived by: her spouse Jackie H. Waters; and her brothers, Alton Malpass Jr (Ann) of Mt. Olive and Nelson Malpass (Scarlet) of Mt. Olive. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
