She is survived by: her sister Karen Malcom of Conroe, TX; her children, Andrea Czeck of North Ogden, UT, Katherine Czeck (Rob) of Garner, NC and Patrick Czeck (Angela) of Raleigh, NC; and her stepdaughter Denise Hulbert (Kirk) of Chester, VA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
