He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Stancil and Nell Walters Stancil; his son Michael "Mickey" Stancil; and his sister Linda Wall. He is survived by: his wife Rita Graham Stancil; his children, Melissa Rich and Chris Norris; his siblings, Carolyn Gardner and George "Skippy" Stancil (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Emma Rich, Haleigh Norris and Presley Norris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
