He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Raynor, Sr. and Alice P. Raynor; his son Jeffrey P. Raynor; his brothers, John C. Raynor, Jr., Danford E. Raynor, Sr. and Billy W. Raynor; and his siblings-in-law, Banks Cline, Myrtle Ann Raynor and Sue Raynor.
He is survived by: his wife Clara P. Raynor; his children, Max Raynor, Jr. (Teresa), April R. Byrd (Alan Byrd), Dr. Eric Raynor (Susan) and Dee R. Whittington (Neal); his siblings, Faye Cline and Dr. Dewey Raynor (Becky); his grandchildren, John Raynor (Mary), Anna Marbry (Mike), Mary Beth Massengill (Brody), Emily Raynor, Will Raynor, Jack Raynor and Raynor Whittington; and his great grandchildren, Edie Raynor and Julia Marbry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Mount Zion Building Fund in Roy's memory.
