She is survived by: her children, Donna Woolard of Cary, J. Dale Woolard (Gail) of Raleigh and Dennis R. Woolard (Amy) of Willow Spring; her grandson Samuel James Woolard (Caitie) of Erie, PA; her great grandchildren, Azalee Keys Woolard and Cecily Rosalind Woolard; and her sister Annie Lou Andrews of Durham.
