He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronel Carnel and Fonnie May Stroud Harper; his wife Edith Jane Harper; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his sons, Tommy (Kim), Joe and Donnie; his grandchildren, Corey, Amy, Katie, Ashlie, Kimberly and Keisha; and his nephew Clifton. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
