He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Kukuruga and Hubert "Lucky" Page; his stepfather Andrew Kukuruga; and his siblings, Celia Page and Randy Page.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Page; his daughter Andrea Miller (Anthony Miller); his grandchildren, Miles and Fletch; his daughter Melissa Page; his stepson Jay Goodson (Holly Goodson); his daughter Kelley Harrington (Joe Harrington); and his siblings, Mark Kukuraga (Debra Kukuruga), Alex Kukuruga (Sandy Kukuruga), Rusty Page (Angel Page), Robert Page (Sheila Page) and Nina Pemberton (Todd Pemberton).
