He was predeceased by: his parents, Parks E. Grey and Catherine Wiseman Grey; and his brothers, Joe Grey and Parks Grey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Hinson Grey; his sons, Todd Grey of Hillsborough, NC and Brian E. Grey (Brandi) of Garner, NC; his grandsons, Alex and Daniel Grey of Garner, NC; and his siblings, David Grey (Shelia) of Davidson, NC and Nancy Grey Clark of Kannapolis, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
