He was predeceased by: his parents, Durwood Liles and Ruby Collins Liles; and his brothers, Ricky Liles and Ronnie Liles. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Liles; his daughters, Dana Liles Vanderford (Grant) and Cristy Liles Speight (Robert); his grandchildren, Easton Vanderford and Elaina Speight; his brother David Liles; his nieces, Tonya Liles Painter and Heather Liles Rudder; and his cousins, Joan Wilkerson and Kathryn Watt.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 1241 Old Fairground Road, Willow Spring, NC 27952.
