He was predeceased by: his parents, Price Baldwin, Sr. and Colene Baldwin Stanley; and his siblings, Hazel Forbes and Spencer Baldwin. He is survived by: his children, Pryce III (Stephanie) and Yvette Narcicily (James); his grandchildren, Isaiah and Isabella; and his cousin Lillian Bush. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of sending flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church Rosenwald School, in memory of Deacon Pryce Baldwin, Jr.
