It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phillip J. Evans of Garner, North Carolina, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Deacon Warrie Evans Jr. and Marie Evans; his brother Lamont Williams; his uncle Deacon Charles Chavis; and his children, Travion "Trey" Utley, Jayla Evans, Mheky Evans and Hunter Evans. He was also cherished by father to his children.
