He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Bradford Phillps; his family, Tonya Phillips Disorbo (Jim) of Garner and Eric Lee Phillips (Mandy Moss Phillips); his siblings, Joseph Hillary Phillips (Linda) and Linda Faye Blackley; and also, Ryan Joseph, Sarah Marie Disorbo of Garner, NC, Daniel Lee, Callie Deanne, Wyatt Moss, Titus Joshua, Judson Andrew, Isaiah Franklin and Caleb Benjamin Phillips of Okeechobee, Florida.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
