She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lawrence Moon and Mattie Walker Moon; and her brother Melvin Moon. She is survived by: her husband Hubert Vance Westbrook; her children, Brenda Mann Rogers (Donald) of Garner and Darryle Glenn Mann (Ali); her brother Danny Moon (Judy); her granddaughters, Danielle Pascua (Harry) and Kayla Rogers; and her great grandchild Leilani Pascua. She is also survived by her family and friends.
