Mitchell Joseph Day Jr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mitchell Joseph Day Jr. (Garner, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2024 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Mitchell Day, Sr. and Ann Brown (Semeniuk); his wife Dawn Day; his children, Tiffany Preciado (Abe) and Anthony Mastrantonio (Rosa); his brothers, Rob Day, Ken Day (Stacey) and Josh Brown (Becca); and his grandsons, Luca, Elijah and Isaiah Preciado. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel - Garner (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Community Baptist Church (617 Cornwallis Rd, Garner, NC 27529).
In lieu of flowers or tree planting, memorial donations may be made in Mitch's memory to Southside Christian School, 1696 Amelia Church Rd., Clayton, North Carolina 27520.
