She was predeceased by: her parents, William McDonald and Mabel Rosa Lee Stephens; and her siblings, Bobby, Billy Stephens, Peggy Ann Pendergraft and Lillie May Stephens.
She is survived by: her husband James Lynwood Hunt; her sons, Ronnie Denton (Mary), Dennis Hunt (Connie) and Allen Hunt (Joanne); and her sister Linda Ferrell. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
