He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lawrence and Bessie Garris Lancaster; and his wife Harriet Lancaster. He is survived by: his children, Debra Ann Lancaster of Raleigh and Larry Lancaster (Lynn) of Raleigh; his nephew Bill Booth of Richmond, VA; his great-nephews, Tyler, Luke Booth and Granddaddy; and his pet Cody.
