She is survived by: her stepfather Jesse Stephenson; her husband Bobby Waters; her daughters, Gail Brown (Mike) of Garner and Joy Morgan (Van) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Jeremy Morgan (Cathie), Patrick Morgan, LeAnn Gardner (Brandon) and Steven Brown (Madison); her great grandchildren, Justize, Key, Patra, Wesley, Savannah, Glenn, Carter and Lannden; and her sister Helen Coats (Harvey).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Heartland Hospice or Able To Serve.
