He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Raymond Rich Sr and Hazel Medlin Rich. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Watkins Rich; his children, Marty Rich (Jean), Chuck Rich (Jo), Danny Rich (Jeanette) and Kerry Rich (Karen); and his siblings, Jack Rich (Linda) and Cathy Rich. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
