"Butch" Midgette, Jr.; his nieces, Cindy Midgette Wilbur (Skip) and Carrie Midgette; his great-nephews, Jacob and Joshua Wilbur; his brother-in-law Ron Henries (Wanda); and his nephews, Nate Henries and Dale Henries (Shannon).
