He is survived by: his wife Dawn Howell Paulsen; his mother Winifred Cope; his stepfather Curt; his children, Dana Paulsen of Clayton, Lauren Paulsen of Washington, DC and Brandon Norris (Carla) of Garner; his sisters, Sue Vance of Marion, Iowa, Dana LeBeau of Marion, Iowa and Kim Nicholls of Marion, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Tyler Norris and Liam Kephart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
