He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Salhoff, Jack and Helen Spicknell. He is survived by: his parents, Jan Salhoff and Ken Salhoff; his sister Dani Salhoff; and his grandmother Ruth Salhoff. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
