He was predeceased by: his brother Stephen Moroni Wiggins; his grandparents, Lathan, Pauline Wiggins and Limon "Mutt" Turner; and his father-in-law Charles Russell Barnett.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Barnett Wiggins; his children, Kyleigh Joan Wiggins, Marleigh Elisabeth Wiggins and Jacob Ethan Wiggins; his parents, Hazel Wiggins of Mount Olive and Butch Woerner of Goldsboro; his brother David Wiggins (Michele) of Goldsboro; his grandmother Carrie Lucille Koszulinski of Goldsboro; his stepsiblings, Adam Paul King (Flor) of Arizona, Henry Edward King of Arizona, Norman Woerner, Jr. of New York, Lorrie Hodge of Indiana and Norma Carol Marullo of New York; and his mother-in-law Joan Heath Barnett of Garner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
