She was predeceased by: her son John Anthony Wood (Andy); and her siblings, Thora, Ora, Edna, Wilbert Strickland, Emory Strickland, Leamon Strickland, Randall Strickland, Raeford Strickland, Norman Strickland, Reid Strickland and Oliver Strickland.
She is survived by: her spouse Calvin Coolidge Wood; her son Calvin C. Wood, Jr (Gayle) of Towson; her daughter-in-law Sandy Rodrigues-Wood; her granddaughter Adyn Wood; and her brother Auburn Strickland of Kernersville, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
