Henry Alfred Thompson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2025, at the age of 88, Henry Alfred Thompson of Garner, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thompson and Ila Pollard Thompson; his sister Sybil Woodall; and his granddaughter Danielle Payseur. He is survived by: his wife Lois Thompson of Garner; his children, Tandra Payseur, Mark Thompson, Karen Watkins (Bobby) and Ronnie Thompson; his grandchildren, Rusty Payseur, Frankie Grant (Cecilia), Trent Watkins (Karen), Turner Watkins (Shelby), Kaitlyn Thompson Fanfani (Filippo), Hannah Thompson and John Thompson; his great grandchildren, Lane Alfred Watkins, Liam Watkins, Daisy Watkins, Isla Watkins and Grant; and his siblings, Wallace Thompson, Kay Menzmer and Kathy Lee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home- Garner (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529).
Flowers are appreciated and memorial contributions in Alfred's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
