She is survived by: her son Mark Cook; her grandchildren, Kenneth Cook (Tiffany) of Garner, NC, Jennifer Spence (Matt) of Richmond Hill, GA and Jason Brisson (Tina) of Zebulon, NC; and her great grandchildren, Adelaide, Madelyn, Gage, Ava, Noelle, Sterling, Justin, Kari, Sean and Lucas.
