She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herbert Stephenson and Veola McGee Stephenson; her husband Glenn Edward Taylor; her sisters, Marie Cates, Arlene Walker, Mary Lou Wilson and Kathleen Oller; and her brothers-in-law, Vick Cates, Isaac Walker, Jim Oller and Dwight Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Taylor McGee (Allen) of Burlington and Tina Taylor Speranzini (Ron) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Taylor McGee and Connor McGee; and her siblings, Cecil Stephenson (Betty) of Winston Salem and Ed Stephenson (Inge) of Apex.
