Waters (Chrissy); his grandchildren, Abigail Waters and Dylan Waters of Garner, NC; his brother Rowland Waters (Kim) of Piney Flats, TN; and his brother-in-law David Winstead (Norma) of Nashville, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
