He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William Millwood and Daisy Flora Millwood; his wife Lois Owen Raynor Millwood; and his brothers, Clarence G. Millwood and Marshall J. Millwood.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Millwood Upchurch (Brian) of Raleigh, Ervin Randolph "Randy" Millwood II (Laura) of Concord, Monica Millwood Saunders (Douglas) of Raleigh and Getachew Giorgis (Abby) of Garner; his siblings, Clara Millwood Heath of Rockingham and William Wayne Millwood of Waycross, GA; his grandchildren, Ervin Randolph "Rand" Millwood III (Courtney), Richard Bryce Bruncati, Ashley Saunders Tatum (Jamie), Bennett Raynor Bruncati, Brandon Scott Saunders (Taylor) and Madelyne-Lois Millwood Saunders; and his great grandchildren, MacKenzie Rowen Millwood and Cecilia Isabel Millwood.
