Eddie is survived by: sons, Eddie K. Ruffin II and Joshua D. Ruffin; father Willie Ruffin of Garner; and sisters, Gwendolyn R. Johnson (Ronnie) of Garner, Patricia A. Chrisp of Garner and Denise R. Thomas of Garner. Eddie is also survived by 2 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends, including 4 sisters-in-law and 6 brothers-in-law.
