She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Gilbert of Raleigh, Mary Ann Utley of Fayetteville, Gladys Marie Stroud of Raleigh, Jeanette Hodge (Thomas) of Louisburg, Barbara Jean Stroud, Navy L. Stroud Jr. and Dennis Hugh Stroud (Evangeline) of Benson; and her siblings, Elizabeth Williams of Whitakers, Ruth Bell Whitakers of Rocky Mount, Mildred Caudle of Tarboro and James Earl Williams (Rozella) of Rocky Mount. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
