She is survived by: her daughter Ann C. Smith; her siblings, Bonnie O'Neal, Gene Rooks (Donnie) and Tommy Rooks (Christine); and her grandsons, Jeffery and Phillip Smith. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
