He is survived by: his wife Rev. Rachel Cooley Parks; his children, Deanna Parks, Cedric Parks, Cory Parks, Stephanie Parks, Pamela Alston, Edward Lee Parks, Kelley Parks and Cebrena Parks; his siblings, Isaac Parks (Diane), Willie Gean Parks (Sazie), Ray Parks (Bobbie), Albert Parks (Ann), Lloyd Parks, Bennie Parks, Lorene Bell and Gloria Sanders (William); and his stepchildren, Tonya Scarboro, Regina Scarboro and Brian Scarboro. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
